RollVegas GoGo is a mobility scooter rental brand providing convenient transportation solutions for visitors exploring Las Vegas. The project focused on creating a simple and accessible digital experience that makes scooter rental fast, reliable, and effortless for customers.
The design process focused on implementing a clean minimal interface with intuitive navigation, clear service presentation, and a seamless booking flow. A custom reservation calendar was developed to simplify date selection, improve the rental experience, and help customers quickly choose their preferred scooter and rental period.
As a result, RollVegas GoGo received a modern rental platform that simplifies the booking experience, highlights key service benefits, and provides customers with an easy way to access mobility solutions throughout Las Vegas.

Project Overview
RollVegas GoGo is a scooter rental service based in Las Vegas. The main challenge of the project was adapting Shopify to a rental-based business model, where customers reserve a vehicle for a specific period instead of making a one-time purchase.
We developed a custom Shopify app that transforms a standard product page into an intuitive booking system, enabling customers to easily select rental dates and complete their reservations.
Challenge
Shopify’s standard functionality is designed for one-time product sales and does not account for the specific requirements of a rental business:
- Selecting a rental period;
- Calculating the total cost based on the number of rental days;
- Managing date availability;
- Choosing delivery time slots;
- Transferring booking details directly into the order.
The goal was to create a seamless rental experience that would allow customers to complete bookings independently online without requiring additional communication with the support team.
Implemented Solution
We developed a custom Shopify extension that adds full booking functionality directly to the product page.
Customers can now:
- Select rental dates;
- Choose a convenient delivery time slot;
- View automatic rental cost calculations;
- Apply long-term rental pricing rules;
- Complete their booking through the standard Shopify Checkout.
All booking data is securely stored within Shopify and is available to managers directly from the order details.
Implemented Features
Interactive Rental Calendar
We added a custom rental calendar that allows customers to select:
- Rental start date;
- Rental end date.
The system automatically calculates the rental duration based on the selected period.
Dynamic Pricing Calculation
We implemented real-time rental price calculations without requiring a page refresh.
The final price is automatically generated based on:
- The number of rental days;
- Daily rental rates;
- Applicable discounts.
Progressive Long-Term Rental Discounts
We introduced a discount system that makes longer rentals more cost-effective.
For example:
- Rentals of 5+ days receive a special rate;
- Rentals of 7+ days receive an increased discount;
- Extended rental periods unlock additional benefits.
The discount is displayed directly on the product page, allowing customers to immediately see the advantages of booking for a longer period.
Delivery Slots
We added delivery time slot selection directly into the booking process. Customers can choose a convenient delivery window, and the selected information is automatically saved with the order.
This allows the RollVegasGoGo team to plan daily deliveries more efficiently.
Shopify Orders Integration
All booking details are transferred directly to Shopify Orders, including:
- Selected scooter;
- Rental dates;
- Rental duration;
- Total price;
- Delivery time slot;
- Additional order parameters.
As a result, managers no longer need to manually contact customers to confirm rental details.
Result
RollVegasGoGo received a fully integrated booking system within Shopify without relying on third-party rental platforms.
The solution enabled the business to:
➔ Transform the online store into a complete scooter rental platform;
➔ Shorten the customer journey from scooter selection to checkout completion;
➔ Automate rental price calculations;
➔ Improve delivery management and scheduling;
➔ Reduce the amount of manual booking processing required.
As a result, customers can independently complete the entire rental process online, while the RollVegasGoGo team receives all necessary booking information directly within Shopify.
SEO Optimization
As part of the project, we carried out a comprehensive foundational SEO optimization — from technical setup and indexation readiness to refining key elements that directly impact search visibility. The website is fully prepared for proper crawling, indexing, and дальнейшего organic growth.
